Before Your Appointment

To ensure your appointment can be completed, please have the following ready:

✅ All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization.

✅ Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a Texas Driver License, State ID, U.S. Passport, or Military ID). If you are personally known to the notary or properly identified through a credible witness as permitted by Texas law, those methods may also be used.

✅ Review your documents before the appointment and complete any blank sections. Documents with blank spaces generally cannot be notarized.

✅ Do not sign your document before the appointment if the notarial act requires the signature to be witnessed (such as a jurat or oath). Some acknowledgments may already be signed, but the signer must still personally appear before the notary to acknowledge the signature.

✅ If your document requires witnesses, please ensure they are present unless other arrangements have been made.

Appointment Policy

To help us provide prompt and reliable service, please review the following:

  • A travel fee may apply for all mobile appointments.
  • If the required signer(s), acceptable identification, required witnesses, or necessary documents are not available upon arrival, the notarization cannot be completed.
  • If the appointment cannot be completed for any of the reasons above, the agreed-upon travel fee and/or trip charge may still be due because the mobile service was provided.
  • Any additional notarization fees will only be charged if the notarization is successfully completed.
  • Travel fees will always be discussed and agreed upon before your appointment is confirmed.
